William Zaybiane
(Will Zay)
William Zaybiane Biogrpahy Fayettville
native, William Zaybiane moved to the Triad area over 8 years ago and
began to
mold his own unique hip-hop sound and style. Within no time Zaybiane was
signed
by Independent Label, Shenin Records in 2003 and shortly thereafter
released
his first album, “The Manuscript”
which skyrocketed to over one thousand copies sold in the first few
months.
With a
relentless mindset, Zaybiane performed at the best underground venues in
front
of packed crowds, while promoting “The
Manuscript.” During that time period, William Zaybiane met Trey
Stylez and
Ed E Ruger and built an alliance that continuously sold out shows all
over the
Triad area.
Shortly
after the serious influx of live performances, Zaybiane and Dj/Producer,
Scoop
started performing with Zaybiane in the early stages of the legendary
group
called, Heavy Contact, which included, Phorensics, Tenacious, and Big
Lan The
Heavy Set and began recording his second solo album, released in 2006 entitled,
“Relentless Ambition” which has been
referred to as an Independent North Carolina Classic album.
Zaybiane,
with over 450 live performances, has shared the stages with many of North
Carolina’s best, including, The Five L’s, Fight For A Pacifist,
Trey Stylez, Ed
E Ruger, Ty Bru, The One Kemist, Illpo and Celinski, as well as the
national
acts, G-Unit’s Young Buck and Hit
Squad’s R-Kitech.
Now working
on his third solo album, “Illinform,”
scheduled for a 2010 release under Mightier Than The Sword Records,
Zaybiane is
in premium lyrical shape and will have some of the best production North
Carolina has seen in quite a while. With Double J The
Jenius (Adult Swim’s
Boondocks) Ski Beats (Jay Z’s Reasonable Doubt) Reef
(Keith Murray, Bekay) and one of Floridas
best producers, Timeless, the album looks to be just as much of a
classic as
Zaybianes first two.
